Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@signatura.co.za and provide your order number. If an order has already been dispatched, it will be handled as a return and any applicable return courier costs may be deducted from the refund.

Online Purchase Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable under South African law, a customer may cancel an eligible online purchase within seven days after receiving the goods. The goods must be returned at the customer’s cost and in substantially the same condition in which they were received. Statutory exclusions may apply to certain goods.

Returns

Please contact us before returning an item. Unless the item is defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, returned goods must be unused, complete, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Items that have been installed, altered, misused or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods are defective, damaged on delivery or not what was ordered, notify us promptly at info@signatura.co.za with the order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where possible. We will assess the matter and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Goods remain covered by the statutory six-month implied warranty of quality, subject to the Act.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible. Please allow a reasonable processing period after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Delivery or return courier charges are not refundable unless the return is due to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or where required by law.
